Homeroom Teacher:  Teacher Assistant:   Activity/Description/Date/Volunteers Homeroom Parent (All-School Year Round) The job of homeroom parent is to coordinate specific assignments undertaken by the class parents during the school year, ensure parents are committed to assist with class events and be available to give specific guidance. Maintain contact with the teacher in the event unidentified needs arise during the school year. Volunteers needed: 1- 2 parents. Parents are needed to help during the party as well as set up and clean up. A father is needed to help the boys with costumes. Volunteers needed: 4-6 parents. Current Volunteers: Milagros Guevara, Wilma Javelosa, and Lisa Rizarry   Christmas Party (December 2011) Parents provide food and party supplies. Parents are needed to help during the party as well as set up and clean up. Volunteers needed: 2-4 parents. Current Volunteers: Milagros Guevara   Auction Basket (Beginning January, for March Dance Auction on 03/17/12) A class parent will coordinate and put together a class basket for the Spring auction in March. Determine theme and coordinate class parents to donate items or money. Contact auction committee with the theme of the basket. Volunteers needed: 2 parents. Parents are needed to help sell baked goods during lunch hour. Proceeds are used to benefit families in the school community. Volunteers needed: 3 parents. Current Volunteers: NO CURRENT VOLUNTEERS [please contact your Homeroom Parent to help out]   Catholic Schools Week Bingo Game; Open House; and Volleyball Game (January 30-February 3, 2012) Parent will need to coordinate with Sister Sharon in early January to get specific requirements for the Catholic Schools Week.
