Meet your Coach!
Coach P. Cook
Coach Cook brings passion and experience to the SMS Cross Country Team. A former runner for DeMatha Catholic High School (Class of 2008) and Limestone University (Class of 2013), he’s competed at both the high school and collegiate levels.
In 2024, he completed the Marine Corps Marathon with an impressive time of 3 hours and 34 minutes, and he’s currently training for this year’s race in October!
