Our new fall fundraiser, the Crusader Raffle is off to a brisk start. Our parents, students, and teachers are spreading the word about this exciting chance to win cash prizes while supporting our wonderful school programs. Tickets are selling fast with parents, alumni, parishioners, and friends of St. Martin’s. The grand prize is $2,500, with a second place prize of $1,000 and a third place prize of $500. Each raffle ticket is $10 and the winners will be drawn on December 12. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing to win. The seller of each winning ticket receives $50. Families selling the most tickets also receive cash prizes. Each family is asked to sell one book of ten raffle tickets, but our goal is to sell 250 books of tickets, so families are encouraged to sell more. If 250 books are sold, a special surprise will await the students on January 17. Additional tickets are available for purchase at the school office. Click on the Flyer and Calendar for details.
We kicked off our new fundraiser, with a spirited school assembly, including applause, cheers, and high fives. It ended in a fever pitch when a drone circled the gym above the students, finally delivering a special Tag Day bracelet to Principal Lamont. Students were excited to hear about the opportunities to earn tag days, class parties, and rewards, along with chances to win cash prizes.
The money raised directly benefits our school programs including science, art, music, and sports, just to name a few. Thank you for supporting all our good works at St. Martin’s School.
